A response by Bolagsflytten
After the 2026 election, new taxes on capital, savings and enterprise are on the negotiating table. We don't choose which taxes are proposed. But we do choose how prepared we are.

01Preparation
Prepare your company before the tax rules change.
According to the preliminary count, the Tidö parties have lost their majority. The parties now negotiating to form a government have proposed a billionaire tax, higher taxes on capital and high incomes, and an inquiry into an exit tax.
Bolagsflytten brings Swedish business owners together, from startups and owner-managed companies to large groups, to develop and negotiate alternatives as part of responsible risk management. Not to leave Sweden, but to be prepared.

We count one year: contributions and tax on your salary, corporate tax on the whole profit (Estonia taxes it only when distributed), tax on the dividend, the yearly tax on an ISK account and any wealth tax. We do not count employer contributions for other staff, the one-off tax when you sell the company, VAT or property tax. The same figures in every country, simplified and without deductions. Moving has conditions and costs of its own. Not tax advice. How we count, country by country

03Small businesses
The strength is in the breadth.
It isn't only the largest companies that carry the Swedish economy. Small businesses and startups are most of the employers and a large part of the tax base, which makes them a weighty party at the negotiating table.

05The model
Alone, you're a customer. Together, we're a negotiating party.
A single company gets standard terms. A group that brings together everything from startups and owner-managed companies to large groups, with thousands of jobs and billions in revenue, can negotiate. That is the whole idea.

Email and five numbers: revenue, profit, employees, dividends and wealth. Free and without obligation.
02 / 05
We total up the group
Registrations are combined into anonymous totals: capital, revenue and jobs. No names.
03 / 05
We negotiate
With the group's volume as our mandate, we open talks with countries and regions that want to attract Swedish enterprise: on tax, establishment, residence permits and infrastructure.
04 / 05
You get the alternatives
Negotiated terms are presented side by side, with pros and cons. Concrete and comparable.
05 / 05
You decide
Stay, prepare or move: the decision is entirely yours. Only when you choose to go further do we take the next step together.
06Our position
Preparedness, not departure.
Bolagsflytten is not a call to leave Sweden. Having a negotiated alternative in reserve lets you make calm decisions instead of being forced into fast ones. The hope is never to need it.
The best insurance is the one you never need to use. The worst is the one you didn't take out in time.
