Your data stays with us.

Once you have confirmed your registration, we store:

• Your email address
• Five of the numbers you enter: revenue, profit before tax, number of employees, dividends and net wealth. Your salary and savings stay in the browser and are never sent to us
• Your language, the time of confirmation and which version of the consent text you accepted

Until you confirm, we use your email address only to send the confirmation email. The details in the link are encrypted and not stored by us.

We do not use cookies or collect data about how you use the site. Your IP address is used briefly to stop abuse of the form, and our hosting provider keeps technical logs for a short time for operations and security.

The data is used for three things:

• Sending you briefings and information about negotiated alternatives
• Calculating the group's anonymous totals for negotiations
• Contacting you about an alternative that fits your circumstances

We never use it for anything else, and we make no automated decisions about you.

Processing is based on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You give your consent in the form and confirm it through the link in our email. You can withdraw your consent at any time, and we will then delete your data.

We never sell, rent out, share or hand over your personal data to anyone else. Negotiating counterparts only receive anonymous totals covering at least ten companies.

To run the service we use two data processors: Vercel, which hosts the site, and Resend, which sends our emails and holds our contact register. They process the data on our behalf only, under data processing agreements, and may not use it for their own purposes.

The only exception is if we are legally obliged under Swedish law to disclose data, for example following a court order.

The site's server functions run in Vercel's data centre in Stockholm. Confirmed registrations are stored in our contact register at Resend and as a notification in Bolagsflytten's email. The data is never used in analytics or advertising services, and access is limited to those who need it for their work.

Vercel and Resend are US companies, so data may be transferred to countries outside the EU/EEA. Such transfers are protected by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Registrations that are never confirmed are never stored. Confirmed data is kept for as long as you want to take part, and at most 24 months after the last contact. After that it is deleted.

You have the right to:

• Find out what data we hold about you
• Have incorrect data corrected
• Have your data deleted
• Withdraw your consent
• Receive your data in a machine-readable format

Leave using the link in our emails, or write to kontakt@bolagsflytten.com, and we will handle your request within one month. If you are unhappy with how we process your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
